How do I track my order?
We process orders promptly within 24 hours. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. If you can't find your tracking link please contact us.
I haven't received a confirmation email
If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or for any SMS notification that may have been sent to you. When an email is not provided at the time of order, our system sends SMS notification instead. If you can't find the notification or want to update your email address please contact us.
How long is shipping?
We aim to process orders promptly within 24 hours. Standard shipping times are 8-12 business days. During busier periods orders may take slightly longer to arrive.
How do I cancel my order?
Once an order has been shipped and is out of our possession, we are unable to process a cancellation as it is already in transit or with the carrier. If the order has not yet been shipped, a cancellation request can be processed. There is no need to cancel the order if you would like to edit the order as we can make the changes for you. If you'd still like to cancel your order please contact us.
